Re: Termly Racist Incidents Monitoring Form RI.3 Summer Term ( 19 April 2010 – 23 July 2010)

The RI.3 Termly Racist Incidents Monitoring form for the Summer 2010 term which we have completed on your school’s behalf have been added to the school's envopak.

This has been populated with data extracted from the racist incidents forms RI.1 and RI.2 sent in by your school. A nil return has been recorded where no forms have been sent in to Diversity and Cohesion Team.

Please kindly check the sent RI.3 form and amend/accept the record. Please photocopy the RI.3 and keep for your records and return the original form by Wednesday 15 September 2010 to:

Please kindly note the deadline for the return of the RI.3 form has been set for Wednesday 15 September 2010 as Education Bradford has to provide the information on racist incidents in schools by Friday 17 September 2010 to Bradford Council.
