Editing Pages
Q. A permission denied message comes up when I try edit pages, what's wrong?
A. You haven't been given permission to edit the page. If you think this is in error, then please contact support using the Feedback button above.
Logging In
Q. I have my user account details, but I am unable to login, what do I do?
A. Some users experience problems because of their security settings in internet explorer. You can solve this by adding Bradford schools online to your trusted sites list. To do this follow the steps below:
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab
- Click Trusted Sites then click the Sites button just below this
- Type https://schools.educationbradford.com into the box and click Add
- Click Close and then Ok
Try to log in again and if you are still having problems please click the Feedback button at the top of the page and report the issue. Due to security reasons, we can only respond to a school designated email account. If you don't have one, then please direct your enquiry to your administrator or head teacher.
