Termly Racist Incidents Monitoring Form (RI.3) Returns

Last week the populated forms were sent to all schools and Puipl Referral Units. Please accept/amend the populated RI.3 form to reflect the number of racist incidents that took place in the Summer Term 2010. The deadline date for the return of these forms is 15 September 2010.
